Most of the time, infected person is no longer a host after 7 days. Natural immunity protects you and one of your children for at least 6 months with the same omicron variant & likely you all got infected with the same virus so you and the recent infected kid should be fine around your husband now. The other kid who does not have natural immunity should be distanced from your husband for 7 days.

As your husband also has COVID,you do not need to mask around him or your child who had COVID 3 wks ago.You should continue to mask around the negative child and anyone else you're around at least through days 6-10 and your husband should do the same on his days 6-10.If anyone is immunocompromised or other health issues, you really should not be around them unmasked until a rapid test is negative
