Incubation period: Inquire about the health of the first and secondhand contacts, and to be safe stay at home. Individuals with COVID-19 may be have very mild symptoms or no symptoms initially. Drink fluids, eat a healthy diet and remain at home for the next one week. If symptoms develop, then please have a virtual appointment with your physician or with HealthTap.

Incubation period: Is 2-14 days.It is unlikely that your were exposed, but people can transmit it while asymptomatic. The safest thing to do for you and your child is self-quarantine for both of you for 14 days.If you or your child develop a fever or cough or shortness or breath, you should call your doctor as you may need to be tested.Wash hands, drink fluids, rest, and stay home.
