COVID 19 testing: Too many questions to answer in one post. In South Africa- one consults with a medical provider who will determine need for COVID 19 testing. Consult your local primary care provider or you can use telemedicine for individual consultations. There are a number of free apps you can use to look at your risk. You may not be approved for testing if your remain asymptomatic.

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Please contact your doctor by phone for further evaluation and mechanism for testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. Be sure to get tested, if you get symptoms. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Wish you good health.

Testing : I assume you self isolated. I would test on day 5. If negative I feel your husband and daughter can also then stop isolation. I'm sure all of you will wear masks and socially distance after coming out of quarantine. You can also run this scenario by your physician when you call for testing instructions.
