I have just recovered from covid, but my spouse has now tested positive. i am the only one who leaves my house, so i was the one who infected her. do i still need to quarantine as if i've been newly exposed to covid? i have pfizer vaccine/booster. ty?

Wear a mask and observe social distancing. It is not likely that you will get the infection from your spouse.
Have you spouse get vaccinated 6 weeks after recovery.

The guidelines change every two weeks, now it is for five days. If you are having no or little symptoms than stay home for 5 days or go out in public wearing a mask and stay away from people you don't know. You can still can get COVID as a breakthrough whether you stay home or go out. Having the vaccine and booster provides you with good immunity. Go out and enjoy. HAPPY NEW YEAR.
