I had carp tunnel surgery 2 weeks ago, i fell on my hand about 3 weeks ago got up using my hand and the part where i had the incision was torn a bit, it bled for a short time and stopped, today it looks fine, just wanted to know if this is ok?

You could develop an infection. It is best you see your surgeon for a post op. exam, any trauma could delay healing.
