Not feasible to ascertain the extent of damage, without examination, but would definitely contact your doctor ASAP and have this looked at.

If the incision opened after having had surgery just two weeks prior, the surgeon who performed the procedure needs to see your hand and examine it to determine if it affected the original surgery. I would call the surgeon ASAP. Good luck.
