At age "43", the statistical likelihood of conception is markedly reduced, but there is always a "chance" for conception to occur. If intercourse is timed to ovulation, given that your partner's sperm count is normal, "natural" pregnancy is possible. IVF is a viable alternative, but as aging eggs also may have other developmental defects sustained pregnancy leading to live birth is reduced.
