First anovulation in january, i took primolutnor, got period. fsh 7, 1miu/ml e2 36pg/ml day 3. reason for anovulation? is this sign of perimenopause?

Doubt it is: Peri menopause because your fsh is very low, too low to call it peri menopause. Have you been ill or under a lot of stress? That could certainly cause a disruption in your normal cycle.Do you have polycystic ovarian syndrome and taking medication for trying to conceive ?
