Prescribed dhea (compunded pharmacy version) 2x 50 mg per day for nourishment of my ovaries but i have noticed that my fsh is increasing with mira home testing. i'm worried it is accelerating me through perimenopause?

DHEA will not accelerate menopause, and the FSH levels are not predictive of timing or symptoms. There is no data that such "nourishment" is helpful to the ovaries, but if you feel it is helpful than continuing is not a problem.
