I took a womens hormone test. i have super low dheas and fsh levels. what could this signify? everything else in normal ranges?

You don't mention the actual levels. Very low DHEAS can occur with adrenal gland deficiency. Low FSH could mean you're not producing eggs. I recommend consulting a gynecological endocrinologist or a regular endocrinologist for evaluation and advice. Appropriate testing,if needed,will be ordered.
