No: They already checked your heart and ruled out any problem over there causing your dizziness . Since your ekg, blood work and troponin found normal. That is what they do first in ER to see if pumping system that is hear is failed to keep the blood pressure normal. So, your heart is ok , your dizziness has other cause or causes but not heart.
