Do you have any symptoms. If so, I would then call PCP.

Are you symptomatic with palpitations, dizziness or passing out.It appears that you had the genetic test and incidentally the possibility of Brugada syndrome was made out. Get the referral to the cardiologist from your PCP but you can get EKG done by the PCP to r/o the risk of the syndrome before you see the cardiologist.
