The results are not bad if you do not have diabetes mellitus and/or coronary heart disease. You can improve the numbers with low saturated, low cholesterol diet. If you have either DM or CAD, you will need statin.

Some of my colleagues recommend lipid levels seen in newborn babies! If you don't have coronary artery disease or diabetes, I'd strive for an LDL under 130. Your HDL& triglycerides are acceptable. I do think lifestyle changes could result in weight loss and one consultation with a dietician at your local hospital will give you your ideal weight & recommended daily calorie intake with sample diets
