Lipids: Those numbers are not particularly concerning unless you have a family history of atherosclerotic disease or have hypertension or diabetes. If no particular risk factors, i would just follow a mediterranean diet and exercise program with those numbers. With any risk factors, that LDL should be below 100 and ideally below 80mg/dl.

Listen to your body: If in addition to a not ideal lipid panel, one has a family history of early cardiovascular disease, diabetes and or, high blood pressure, and or carry too much belly fat, and or have an unhealthy life style with poor diet, smoking, alcohol, poor sleep, or insufficient daily exercise one would be wise to consider that now is the best time to adopt a life style to promote over-all health.
