Not Sjogren that has different diagnosis criteria and might not exhibit structural changes, but a Ct scan should in general pick a tooth abscess.

Sjogren's, no. Abscessed tooth would usually appear as bone loss around the apex ofthhe root. Symptoms may be present, however, before bone losss is visible on imaging.
