Luq pain for months now and nothing's been found.would an abscess show in xray, blood, or a ct scan without dye?those are the tests i've had done.

Yes CT scan does: CT scan is very reliable for abscess even without dye. although better to do it with IV dye it is still a highly reliable test

Probably on CT: MRI is the best bait when fishing for an intra-abcominal diagnossis
