Would a ct scan show if sjogren's syndrome is affecting my brain?

MRI is better: It is highly unlikely that your brain is involved with sjogren's. An MRI would be a better test.

No: Sjogren's syndrome can be diagnosed by antibody testing and minor salivary gland biopsy. A ct scan will not show sjogren's syndrome. It can have a lot of systemic symptoms in some people, but generally not on the brain itself.
