Change in urine color and frequency can be the sx of lower urinary infection even without pain or burning during voiding. If you are at risk of STD, see your doctor. If no risk factor, just increase fluid intake about 50% in the next 1-2 days & observe the symptoms. If other symptoms occur or the current symptoms persist, urinalysis should be done although lower UTI is uncommon for a young man.

Any time a change takes place In urination color, flow, frequency and other symptoms than a urologist should be consulted. A UTI, STD, or medications could be the cause. At your age have yourself checked even if drinking a lot of water.
