Need to see urolo: Gist. Your symptoms are in many ways consistent with overactive bladder syndrome. It's possible that you always have microscopic hematuria. At any rate, you do need a full urological evaluation to determine the exact diagnosis. www.nafc.org/bladder-bowel-health/types-of-incontinence/... Read about the causes, prevalence, and treatment options for urge incontinence from nafc.
