Severe urinary urgency and frequency, lasting only a few hours and recurring every few weeks. occasional incontinence and hematuria. urine tests/culture are normal, no pain/burning. what could it be?

Need to see urolo: Gist. Your symptoms are in many ways consistent with overactive bladder syndrome. It's possible that you always have microscopic hematuria. At any rate, you do need a full urological evaluation to determine the exact diagnosis. www.nafc.org/bladder-bowel-health/types-of-incontinence/...
