There are many factors that affect how much urine is produced based on fluid intake. For example, if you are dehydrated, you will make less urine with the same amount of fluid intake than if you were well hydrated. It also has to do with your kidney function. If there is concern, you can ask your doctor for a urinalysis to see how concentrated it is and if there are any abnormalities. Good luck!

I agree that it would be informative to know what the specific gravity of your urine is in your first morning voiding to demonstrate normal concentrating function of your kidneys. Drinking well over a quart of fluid from 5:30PM to 11:05 PM is guaranteed to get you up at least twice from sleep to excrete what is most likely an unneeded amount of fluid that you took in after supper. 1.025 is OK func
