UTI: If you have a urinary tract infection (and it sounds like you do), the only way to treat that is to use antibiotics. You should see a doctor, or go to an urgent care clinic, where they can prescribe you antibiotics. You can use Azo, which you can get at the drug store, to help with the discomfort, however this will not treat the infection so it is still important to see a health care provider.

Arm numbness: Sounds like carpel tunnel syndrome. It is fairly common in pregnancy due to swelling in the hands. It is caused by compression of a nerve as it passes from the wrist into the hand. Often worse in the dominant hand but can be in both hands. Can wake you up at night when the hands feel like they are "asleep". Will likely go away after delivery. Try wearing thumb spica splints at night.

Both good: Both are reasonably good tests. The urine sample has the advantage of allowing patients to get checked without subjecting themselves to a pelvic exam which deters some people.

Surgery: If one develops severe urianry incontinence after radical surgery and has failed conservative management and medications, then surgery is the next option. This includes collagen injection to help close the bladder opening or placement a sling underneath the urethra. A fianl measure would be to place an artificial (plastic) sphincter to close the urethral while not urinating.

Certainly: Subsidence of symptoms, e.g., painful urination or fever, does not generally mean complete clearing of uti. Premature termination of drug treatment results in leaving half-dead (antibiotic resistant) bugs behind.

Yes: Vaginal penetration by the penis will not induce infection simply because your partner has a uti.
