Probably ok, but...: This is not particularly suggestive of an infection. Most sexual infections in men, however, produce few or no symptoms. Pain on urination is most common. It is wise for anyone engaging in unprotected (if it breaks, it's unprotected) intercourse outside a monogamous relationship to be checked annually for chlamydia, gonorrhea, HIV and syphilis by a simple blood/urine test though any doc/clinic.

Not STD: Without a urethral discharge and/or discomfort in the urethra on voiding it's very unlikely that you contracted Chlamydia or GC. If you don't see a rash in the pubic area likely ok. Check for pubic lice. Symptoms may be due to worry. As always, check with your Dr if symptoms persist.
