In general hydration and diuresis may help with mobilizing and excreting kidney stones. Citric acid may help with some types of stones, not all. If kidney stone type known, diet and further recommendations can be made.

Bladder stones usually by medication. If collective size is 1cm then they should pass. If each that size then you will need to have them removed by cystoscopic procedure (laser). Drinking water is a goosd idea
