Mild bladder wall thickening is expected if you had a UTI recently. Microscopic hematuria can be present along with the inflammation although you have been treated and recovered. You should have a urinalysis repeated in January or February. You should only concern if hematuria persists. However, there are different causes of hematuria other than bladder cancer.

From the information you provided, cancer is unlikely. It would be useful to repeat urinalysis in about 3 months. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. This will retard the formation of new stones. Wish you good health!
