Have pots and heds, i learned that my 24hr holter monitor i had done last month, revealed i had supraventricular and ventricular ectopy. all lasting a few minutes and seemed to happen during my pots episodes. what does that mean?

Supraventricular & ventricular premature beats can be provoked by secretion of adrenaline which occurs with excitement or stressful situations & a POTS episode would be a likely cause. If only occasional single premature beats occurred it wouldn't be alarming.
