VPB's, APB's: The monitor showed mild to moderate ventricular irritability and mild atrial irritability. You don't state whether the irritability was more or less noticeable with physical activity. For complete evaluation I recommend a maximal treadmill stress test,EKG and echocardiogram as well as a consultation with a cardiologist. In my opinion antiarrhythmic medications may not be needed for your findings.
