Nonlethal.: After ablation & pacemaker insertion (which is the usual treatment for a complete heart block), the atria & ventricle are isolated but they can still be irritable. The pacemaker is there to "overdrive pace" any dangerous rhythm. Couplets & bigeminy aren't, by themselves, dangerous. Runs may terminate on its own or due to overdrive pacing- check report & TTYD/Cardiologist. Alternative: HltTap Prime
