I assume your resting EKG ruled out prolonged QT syndrome& Brugada's & have no history of personal or close relatives with history of fainting spells,sudden deaths or significant cardiac arrhythmias. R on T PVCs occur on the very vulnerable repolarization phase & can provoke v tach or fatal v fib. Wearing that monitor & consulting a cardiologist electrophysiologist are key recommendations here.
