You've described arrhythmias (irregular heart rhythms) and a conduction abnormality (right bundle branch block). These findings merit a consultation with an electrophysiologist (a cardiologist who specializes in electrical problems of the heart). This would enable tests that might clarify the underlying causes and treatment. Often an electrical ablation is best for atrial flutter.
