I have had epilepsy and hydrocephalus for 52 years. i'm sixty now. what is the life span for this. i've had 6 surgeries, not including the first at 8. what is the life span for a person with this. i was told each operation shortens my life by one yr?

The older you are the harder the surgery so tough fights ahead if you want to survive 10 years from now. God bless you!

Predictions from physicians regarding your lifespan are fraught with inaccuracies. There is no reason to expect an imminent catastrophe. Enjoy life and deal with issues as they emerge.
