What does it mean for my doctor to tell me that i'm "a perfect candidate for epilepsy surgery"?

Potentially curable: It usually means they have located a specific area of the brain that triggers the seizure, and they can remove that area with a low complication rate. As a result, it's possible to be cured.

Surgery: It means they have localized a particular part or parts of you brain that your seizures are coming from and they feel they can take it out via surgery. By doing so they feel you will either be seizure free or seizures will be greatly reduced.
