The only harm that can occur from eating slightly undercooked rice is that you might feel a little bloated or constipated. This is due to the rice absorbing excess water from your stomach and intestines. Make sure you drink an excess of water to allow for this absorption and watch for the above symptoms. They should pass in a few days.

Eating slightly undercooked rice should not cause you any significant problems. I would recommend drinking plenty of fluids. Good luck.
