It depends on the details, such as the type of pasta or what the pasta was mixed with. In the US, dry pasta noodles bought at a store are not a notable cause of food poisoning. We cook it it boiling water, which is a high temperature setting so noodles are hot regardless of whether they are firm (undercooked) or too soft (overcooked). Pasta that contains stuff (such as ravioli) may be more risky.
