Had biopsies done from colposcopy and ecc upon finding was chronic endocervicitis mucus and acute inflammatory cells present . what is meaning?

By these findings, malignant or premalignant cells are not present but there is evidence of acute on chronic inflammation of the cervix and the significance of this finding and the need of further investigation depend on your symptoms. If you are symptomatic, your doctor will do some tests such as vaginal smear, culture, etc. for finding the etiology of cervicitis.

"Acute inflammatory cells" are white blood cells that are responding to the presence of bacteria or irritation, a very usual situation for any sexually active woman. I can't remember a colposcopic biopsy report that didn't comment on them in some way and they do not indicate a problem or require treatment.
