Recently prescribed norco 10-325 for pain. have noticed it seems to raise my blood pressure. everything read online says it has the opposite effect. my doctor says the same but this happens almost every time i take the pain medicine. whats going on?

It might be the pain causing the increase in blood pressure. It takes about 30-45 min at a minimum for the pain medicine to kick in, a paradoxical effect cannot be ruled out either, would definitely recommend checking your blood pressure once the current episode is over to make sure your blood pressure is not elevated at baseline.
