It's ok ...: But it is true that health risks associated with elevation of blood pressure are LOWEST when systolic pressure (the top number) is less than 120, and diastolic (the bottom number) is less than 80. Especially at age 23, IDEALLY your blood pressure would be lower. You certainly DO NOT need medication, but if you need to, lose a little weight, watch salt, alcohol, and exercise daily. Best wishes!
