Can antibiotics make rpr false negative? (z-pack, amoxicillin, clindamycin etc.?) at a 7 week test, post - potential exposure?

Antibiotics do not make RPR false negative. They can make it negative by curing syphilis (i.e. true negative, not false negative). If you took those antibiotics after exposure, you can never know whether you were not infected, or were infected but cured before the test had a chance to become positive.
