I had used meth in the last 4 hours and i just found out i have covid i just took dayquil for my covid symptoms. what should i be aware of due to the mixing ?

It will raise your blood pressure (bp) a bit, but at 25 years old your body can stand the increase. By the time you read this, the Dayquil will be wearing off. The rise in bp from phenylephrine in Dayquil is far more profound than any increase caused by methamphetamine, but street meth usually also contains plain amphetamines and their effect on bp and heart rate is more pronounced. You'll be OK.

Since you have COVID it would be a good idea to stay away from street drugs that might be contaminated with chemicals that could hurt you. Also since you don't know about the interactions please check with your Doctor to know how your metabolism is doing. Have a complete physical exam.
