3 days of an on/off stabbing pain at single point top back of head. lasts several seconds and happens once an hour with varying pain. no other symptoms. should i get evaluated for stroke or aneurysm? had covid 1 1/2 weeks ago with mild symptoms?

Pain with those characteristics is not consistent with headache due to a cerebral vascular accident (stroke or ruptured aneurysm). Take OTC analgesic as needed for a couple days should be all you need for now.

Your episodic head pains could well be a post COVID-19 consequence, and has some flavor of a migraine equivalent. Nothing in your post is consistent with stroke or aneurysm symptomatology. Since this is of recent onset, might use OTC approaches currently, but if persistent, see your doctor as needed.
