COVID 19: No masks? No social distancing? Being outdoors is a good thing but not 100% protective. Recommend quarantining. I believe that in general that one needs to have symptoms to get testing for COVID 19 approved in South Africa.

Testing helps: If one were to be tested for the SARS CoV-2 virus as well as the IgM and IgG antibodies, it would answer whether or not the COVID-19 virus is currently harbored in the area tested, and the antibodies would confirm the history of recent or remote virus infection. Decisions can then be data driven.
