If you feel it after bath or swimming it may just be water in the external ear. If you have allergies or cold that affects the eustachian tube function that may be what you want to address to reduce the sensation. However the sensation is not as bad to be concerning. I would also suggest if you smoke or passive or even occupational exposure that may also contribute to it, that are avoidable.
