Ear block: If there is no infection in your ear, you can still have a problem with pressure as a result of the eustachian tube not functioning properly. This can give you different levels of pressure in each ear. This pressure difference can be interpreted by the brain as though the head is turning when it really isn't. This is what is possibly causing your dizziness. We call it alternobaric vertigo.
