Ear blockage and TMJ: The connection is so common that there is a term, the otomandibular syndrome, meaning combination signs and symptoms of ear problems along with TMJ disorders as the causative agent. Look at the bite and the muscles for imbalance electromyographically. Look for occlusal imbalance with the tscan and finally look for 524.6 of the icd codes, anomaly: jaw to cranium. Typically ear blockage is related.
