Probably you do not mean "merca", but MRSA -- methicillin resistant Staph aureus. You might have MRSA yourself already, but not from sex; just being in the same household is sufficient for you to have it. Usually MRSA causes no health problem anyway. You can participate in any and all sexual practices that provide mutual pleasure, without increasing your risk. Go for it and don't worry!
