It is difficult to say. First of all, is your baby healthy. Since you did have Co-Vid, as well as giving birth to a child, your system, as a whole, can be disrupted. Certainly your immune system can be compromised. Are you able to nurse, breastfeed your baby. Have you had a complete blood panel work up. Have you been vaccinated for Covid. How is your energy level? Are you eating well.
