Due to your mother’s colon cancer at age 45, you need to have a screening colonoscopy if you haven’t had one yet. Your GI symptoms could be due to hemorrhoids but a colonoscopy will diagnose this so see a GI doctor and get the colonoscopy done. Your difficulty with urination is likely unrelated-have your urine checked for infection. Good luck!
