Hello. what could come from feeling non-stop tingling inside of someones nose and lip area? there is nothing else that comes from it. no fever, sores, etc. thanks?

You've waited a long time because we can't answer this question without more info. My gut tells me nothing will come of the tingling but I'm guessing. If its on both sides of your face it likely has a systemic cause such as hyperventilation. If its on one side only and is a numb type of tingle it's likely from pressure on a nerve or artery from local swelling. When and how long would also help.
