Seek MD attention: Given her fever and symptoms, I would recommend for her to go see her Primary Care doctor or to go to an Urgent Care Center. Her vitals will have to be obtained and a physical examination would have to be done before a final diagnosis can be made

Some suggestions: This may be the flu or another viral illness. It is important to check her temperature. She can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever. She should drink fluids and rest. If there is pain in one area or breathing difficulty, or shaking she should go to the ED.
