Anxiety: At your age it is most likely nothing. Watch out for a rash since rarely shingles can present this way . Usually you don't get pain in the back of the head. It could be a migraine especially if it is associated with headache and nausea and /or vomiting. It could be trigeminal neuralgia which can be disabling
