Does not sound good: The "milk layer" in your mouth suggests thrush (fungus) and this is not a good sign in adult unless specific cause is known such as recent antibiotic and/or steroid/inhaler use etc.. Immunosuppressive state such as HIV is a cause of concern. Since you have symptoms for about 1 month now, it is time to consult doc to find out what is causing your trouble. Good luck.
